On my vacation to Israel, I found out something: that baked eggs aren’t just in Korea. They’re in Israel, too. I totally love eggs, especially boiled ones, but I must say that baked eggs have won me over. So, while I was in Israel, I wanted to get some eggs so that I could have some for breakfast the next morning. Someone volunteered to get some for me, all the way from one of the shops in the Muslim section near the Old City in Jerusalem. And guess what? It was a baked egg. It looked quite different from the eggs in Korea being that they were white with brown spots, but he explained to me that they cooked them with a special seasoning, as well as a special seasoning that came with them that I could sprinkle on them.
They were delicious!!! I love my eggs all around the world!!!
